We are a well-established restaurant in Sharjah seeking an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. As the leader of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant's concept and standards. Your main duties will include menu development, food preparation, inventory management, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be knowledgeable about different cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
