Job summary

Carrier in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior Sales Engineer – HVAC Spare Parts to drive sales growth, build relationships with contractors, consultants, FM companies, and building owners.

The role requires strong HVAC spare parts knowledge, UAE market experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets; you will develop opportunities, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and spare parts.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC aftermarket and replacement requirements.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for HVAC spare parts.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai and UAE market.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including contractors, consultants, facility management companies, building owners, MEP companies, and other HVAC-related customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and tender/bid responses.
