Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the UAE is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth for HVAC and cooling solutions across Oil & Gas and heavy industrial projects. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and support tenders to convert opportunities into orders.

The role requires collaboration with EPC contractors, consultants, end users, and internal engineering teams to position Carrier as a preferred supplier for mission-critical HVAC applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC or industrial systems.
• Experience with Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects in UAE/GCC.
• EPC-led project environments and tender-based sales.
• Strong HVAC systems knowledge and applied equipment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, bookings, and gross margin targets.
• Develop and manage qualified UAE Oil & Gas sales pipeline.
• Identify new opportunities and convert to secured orders.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Support vendor registrations and AVL inclusion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely tender submissions.
• Handover secured orders to project execution teams.
