You will drive end-to-end onboarding processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhance candidate experience through structured workflows and timely communication. The role requires collaborating with HRBP, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR onboarding.
• Excellent grasp of strategy development frameworks and execution models.
• Proficient in data analysis and presenting insights.
• Skilled in synthesizing insights from internal metrics and external benchmarks.
• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, connect dots across functions, and influence stakeholders without authority.

Responsibilities

• Process Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding activities, including document collection, visa processing, and induction scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with HRBP, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and regulatory requirements (e.g., CID checks, financial clearance, visa issuance).
• Performance Monitoring: Track onboarding KPIs and timelines (TAT) for efficiency.
• Managing onboarding Dashboard
• Pre-Joining: Visa/work permit processing, travel logistics for overseas hires, IT setup.
• Day One: Account activation, access card issuance, induction program.
