First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a VP, Graduate Resourcing to lead the Bank’s graduate resourcing agenda, aligned with Emiratization priorities and future workforce needs. You will steer the strategy, oversee AVPs, and provide governance across programs to deliver sustainable UAE National talent outcomes.

• 8+ years’ relevant experience in banking with leadership at managerial level.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial responsibility.
• This position is reserved for UAE Nationals.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the Graduate Resourcing strategy and operating plan, aligning with Emiratization priorities and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic leadership, direction and oversight to AVPs within Graduate Resourcing.
• Hold AVPs accountable for delivery across graduate attraction, assessment, selection, university engagement and program activities.
• Provide executive governance of the Bank’s graduate programs and stakeholder alignment.
• Set strategic direction for graduate attraction, assessment, placement and development, with execution managed through the AVPs.
• Oversee governance, risks, issues and milestones; escalate material matters as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across Graduate Resourcing governance, candidate experience and program effectiveness.
• Act within Group policies and delegated authority; align with health and safety responsibilities.
