Job summary

HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting in Dubai seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in Payroll, HR Services and EOR solutions. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision makers and close deals through a full sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of B2B sales experience, a strong network in the UAE HR market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• b Identify and develop new business opportunities for strong Payroll HR Consulting EOR and related HR services strong Generate leads through networking market research referrals LinkedIn and other business development channels Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Owners Finance Leaders and decision-makers Conduct client meetings understand business requirements and propose suitable HR payroll solutions Prepare proposals negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities through to closure Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Stay updated on market trends competitor offerings and developments in the UAE HR services market

4 7 years of proven business development experience, preferably within Payroll, HR Services, HR Consulting, EOR, or related professional services. Strong understanding of payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, EOR/PEO, and HR consulting services. Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience working with senior decision-makers and managing the complete sales cycle. UAE market experience and an existing professional network will be an advantage. Candidates who can demonstrate consistent achievement of sales targets are preferred.
