Job summary

HLB HAMT in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for multiple clients across industries. You will source, screen, and place qualified candidates while building strong client relationships and expanding key accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in recruitment, a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with consultancy or staffing agency.
• Proven track record of successful placements and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong client management, business development, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients across various industries.
• Source, screen, assess, and place qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client accounts.
• Achieve recruitment, placement, and revenue targets.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful, timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
