Think Realty in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department and drive talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development in the fast-paced UAE real estate market.

You will partner with executive leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, and oversee payroll, benefits, and employee relations across the organization. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Must reside in UAE or relocate immediately.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language fluency is a strong advantage.
• 3+ years in a senior HR capacity within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals in Dubai real estate.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and free zone authorities.

• Lead employee relations initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee PRO services, visa processing, renewals, and labor card management.

You will partner directly with executive leadership to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our aggressive business growth objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals in the Dubai real estate sector.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top-tier sales agents, property managers, and administrative talent.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, UAE immigration regulations, and free zone authorities.
• Manage the payroll process, commission structures, and employee benefits administration.
• Design and implement effective performance management systems and professional development programs.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving grievances and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee PRO services and coordinate visa processing, renewals, and labor card management.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in the UAE or be ready to relocate immediately.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic language fluency is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Demonstrated stability with at least 3 years in a similar senior HR capacity within the UAE.
• Competitive tax-free monthly salary of 10,000 to 12,000 AED.
• Annual flight tickets home in accordance with UAE labor law.
