Think Realty in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR department and drive talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development in the fast-paced UAE real estate market.

You will partner with executive leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensure UAE Labour Law compliance, and oversee payroll, benefits, and employee relations across the organization. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Must reside in UAE or relocate immediately.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language fluency is a strong advantage.
• 3+ years in a senior HR capacity within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals in Dubai real estate.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for sales agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and free zone authorities.
• Manage payroll, commissions, and employee benefits administration.
• Design and implement performance management and professional development programs.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee PRO services, visa processing, renewals, and labor card management.
