Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior HR Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment across our diversified client base. You will ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE, manage contracts, attend to grievances, and drive HR policies across multiple business units.

The role covers payroll coordination, visa/work permit processing, UAE National recruitment, and Emiratization targets, with strong emphasis on Nafis processes and government reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE HR generalist experience.
• Experience recruiting across real estate, construction, hospitality, automotive.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate, construction, real estate, hospitality, and automotive operations, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, manage employment contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, visa and work permit processing, employee documentation, and HR reporting across business units.
• Coordinate UAE National recruitment, Nafis-related processes, Emiratization targets, government reporting, and compliance with applicable UAE employment regulations
