Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior HR Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment across our diversified client base. You will ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE, manage contracts, attend to grievances, and drive HR policies across multiple business units.

The role covers payroll coordination, visa/work permit processing, UAE National recruitment, and Emiratization targets, with strong emphasis on Nafis processes and government reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE HR generalist experience.
• Experience recruiting across real estate, construction, hospitality, automotive.

Qualifications:

• Open to Filipino Nationals , Preferably aged between 28 – 38 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of UAE HR generalist experience, preferably within a diversified group or multi-business environment
• Proven experience recruiting corporate, operational, and frontline employees, preferably across real estate, construction, hospitality, automotive, or related industries
• Strong practical knowledge of MOHRE regulations, UAE Labour Law, WPS, employment contracts, visa procedures, payroll coordination, and employee relations
