Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR and administration function in the UAE. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, training, and compliance.

The role demands a hands-on generalist who balances daily operations with strategic initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and performance. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, visa processing, ERP/HRIS onboarding, payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa/Emirates ID processes, WPS and insurance requirements.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar workforces.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/HRIS systems (Oracle ERP preferred) and payroll coordination.
• Experience supporting ISO or similar compliance audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and workforce roles.
• Oversee visa processing, documentation, and HRIS onboarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance and ensure accuracy.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and welfare.
• Implement performance reviews and development plans.
• Drive training, safety programmes and leadership development.
• Ensure UAE labour law compliance and audit readiness.
• Track HR KPIs and provide data-driven improvements.
