Job summary

e7 Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Human Capital Business Partner in Abu Dhabi to lead the Human Capital Business Partnering function. You will advise executive leadership on workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, and people initiatives to drive business growth.

The role requires extensive HC leadership experience, partnership with BUs, and strong mastery of UAE Labour Law, with focus on Emiratisation and governance across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Master's degree in HR, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD/SHRM/SPHR) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Capital Business Partner function with governance.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into workforce plans.
• Advise C-level on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and culture.
• Oversee manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
• Drive talent management, succession, leadership development, and governance.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and change management.
• Oversee complex employee relations with UAE Labour Law compliance.
• Lead Emiratisation and localization efforts for UAE Nationals.
• Monitor productivity and risks with data-driven insights.
