Job summary

e7 Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Human Capital Business Partner to lead the HRBP function across the Group in Abu Dhabi. You will advise executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and people initiatives that drive growth and performance.

You will oversee manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational design while guiding talent management, succession, and change management across diverse units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in HR, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
• Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Capital experience, including strategic HR leadership.
• At least 7 years in Human Capital Business Partnering supporting senior executives.
• Minimum 5 years leading HR teams within complex multi-entity organizations.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, talent mgmt, employee relations, performance mgmt, governance.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Capital Business Partner function across the Group.
• Partner with business leaders to translate HC strategy into actionable workforce plans.
• Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture initiatives.
• Lead annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting, and organizational design initiatives to support business objectives.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance governance across business units.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Lead Emiratization initiatives, workforce localization efforts, and development pathways for UAE Nationals.
• Monitor workforce productivity, organizational effectiveness, and people-related risks through data-driven insights and analytics.
