Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Associate Director - Human Capital to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders. You will shape and deliver people strategies that drive business growth, performance, and cultural transformation across the organization.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and UAE labour regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business or related field.
• Proven experience in senior HR business partnering or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise across workforce planning, organisational development, talent management and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and shape people strategies.
• Lead development and execution of workforce plans and operating models across units.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership pipelines for critical roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver talent reviews and leadership development programmes.
• Drive performance management and a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver excellent service.
