Job summary

ADIB Group in the UAE is seeking a Senior Home Finance Advisor to drive acquisition targets monthly within approved guidelines. You will source home finance applications from eligible segments and ensure complete documentation and credit checks.

You will maintain monthly disbursement targets, identify new business channels, and ensure strict adherence to KYC/IDV, bank processes, and central bank requirements. Banking exp is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience
• Knowledge of real estate market
• Banking experience preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Source home finance applications from eligible target segment
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets and disbursement targets
• Ensure complete documentation and credit requirements
• Adhere to KYC & IDV guidelines
