Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Program Manager - Home Finance to lead product strategy and performance across the Home Finance portfolio.

You will translate the bank's strategy into actionable plans, drive business development with government housing programs, brokers and developers, and partner with Marketing to roll out campaigns. Strong financial oversight and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
• 8–10 years in banking with 3+ years in Home Finance or related areas.
• Understanding of Home Finance and real estate market dynamics.
• Knowledge of UAE Government Housing Programs and regulations.
• Strong planning, communication and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Product Management to oversee Home Finance product performance.
• Translate bank strategy into Home Finance department plans and initiatives.
• Lead product design, development, marketing and partnerships.
• Drive business development with government housing programs, brokers and developers.
• Monitor revenue and expenditure against budgets and flag variances.
• Coordinate campaigns with Marketing and roll out new products.
