Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Associate Director - Human Capital to partner with senior leaders in shaping people strategies that drive growth, performance, and cultural transformation across the organisation.

You will lead workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement across multiple business units while guiding large-scale change and ensuring UAE labour compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA highly regarded.
• Significant experience in senior HR business partnering or leadership.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic people initiatives.
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, succession planning, engagement, and change management.
• Experience leading transformation and managing complex people-related challenges.
• Strong analytical capabilities with workforce data to influence decisions.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour legislation, governance, compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience leading and developing teams and fostering collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing strategic human capital guidance.
• Lead the development and execution of people strategies aligned to business goals.
• Drive workforce planning and operating model effectiveness across units.
• Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver talent reviews, leadership development programs, and capability-building.
• Lead performance management initiatives driving accountability and results.
• Champion employee engagement and culture transformation.
• Provide strategic leadership on large-scale change, transformation, and integration initiatives.
• Guide complex employee relations matters with UAE labour law compliance.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards and other HC functions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
