Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in FX/financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with quantifiable results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential partnerships and introducer opportunities for integration.
• Clearly communicate company value, technology, procedures and partnerships to external stakeholders.
• Support existing partnerships by delivering excellent service to boost performance.
• Stay updated on market developments and suggest growth strategies to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Expand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervision.
