Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Recruitment Operations.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment tracking systems or ATS.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic and virtual assessments.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and presentations.
• Schedule and manage interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support offer management and candidate negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process.
