Job summary

Jobgether, partnering with a global private markets organization, is seeking a Senior Operations Generalist based in United Arab Emirates. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating admin, finance, and project workflows across time zones, supporting leadership, and improving handovers and reporting.

You will manage calendars, invoices, onboarding, and research partnerships, sponsorships, and events. Strong English, 3+ years remote operations experience, and proficiency with Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Remote operations experience with 3+ years in admin, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong English, minimum B2 level; C1 is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and meet deadlines.
• Independent, reliable in a remote, cross-time‑zone setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expenses; maintain accurate records.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new team members.
• Research sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and events.
• Provide high‑quality handovers and timely reporting to leadership.
• Mentor junior generalists and promote consistent ways of working.
