You will lead, coach, and monitor multiple searches, review candidate scorecards, provide timely client updates, and drive performance improvements while upholding high hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and timely updates.
• Experience recruiting across marketing, sales, creative, and operations.
• Ability to work with remote-first or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment team and ensure quality, consistency, and performance of hiring.
• Review candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Coach screening interviews and improve evaluation techniques.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Monitor pipelines, deadlines, and ensure timely progress.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients on open positions and engagements.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offer and identify new opportunities.
• Train new recruiters and refine workflows with founders.
