Job summary

GRG, a UAE-based investment firm, seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits and employee relations from its Abu Dhabi base. You will partner with leadership to drive performance, recruitment, onboarding and immigration processes across the UAE, delivering reliable HR services and governance.

The role requires strong English communication, 7–10+ years in HR, and a solid UAE HR background. On-site in Abu Dhabi with relocation if needed; report to Head of HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; HR qualification advantageous.
• 7–10+ years HR generalist experience with substantial UAE operations.
• Knowledge of UAE employment practices, immigration processes and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits and employee records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/HRMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle, BP & ER, Talent Acquisition & Performance, Payroll, Benefits and Reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and visa/immigration processes for UAE hires.
• Maintain compliant HR documentation and drive process improvements and automation.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, performance, and conduct.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, investigations and exit interviews.
• Collaborate with Finance and external vendors for payroll inputs and benefits.
