Job summary

Yello is seeking a seasoned Head of HR Operations to lead end-to-end HR activities across multiple countries. You will manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations, while overseeing UAE immigration and expatriate documentation for a diverse workforce.

The role requires a strong HR generalist background, deep knowledge of UAE labor law, and proven experience supporting large blue-collar teams in industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' progressive HR experience with significant HR Operations leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and legal jurisdictions is essential.
• Strong HR generalist background covering lifecycle, employee relations, contracts, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
• Experience supporting large blue-collar workforces within industrial sectors like manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation, immigration processes, and expatriate workforce administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries, driving consistency and service excellence.
• Manage all employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Oversee UAE immigration, expatriate contracts, international assignments, and related documentation.
• Drive HR governance, policies, compliance monitoring, and employee relations support.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration through local teams, Finance, and external providers.
• Own HR systems, employee master data integrity, reporting, and operational workforce analytics.
• Lead and develop HR Operations, HR Data, Systems, Administration, and PRO resources across the territory.
