The role involves collaborating with evaluators, recipients, and internal teams to improve systems and deliver impact globally.

You will support due diligence, reporting, and monitoring across grants while thriving in a remote-first environment with travel opportunities.

• Conduct due diligence on grant recipients to verify compliance with laws and policies.
• Review grantee reports to ensure legal, reporting, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate grant records with data integrity.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities to track grant progress.
• Collaborate with evaluators and stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale grantmaking systems as activity grows.
