The role requires defining the group’s strategy, owning the P&L, and overseeing sales, operations, warehousing, logistics, finance and HR. You will lead the senior management team, grow market share and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 12–15+ years of senior leadership with proven GM / full P&L responsibility.
• Auto spare parts, automotive, trading or distribution background strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the Group’s business strategy, budgets and growth plans.
• Own the P&L and deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales, operations, warehouse, logistics, finance and HR functions.
• Lead, mentor and hold accountable the senior management team.
• Grow market share, customer base and supplier / principal relationships.
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management across all entities.
• Represent the Group with key stakeholders, principals and authorities.
• Report performance and strategy to ownership / board.
