Job summary

Landmark Auto S is seeking a senior leader to head Human Resources and Administration for the UAE, Oman and Qatar. You will own the full employee lifecycle for a ~800 staff and ensure compliance with labour laws, immigration, and payroll requirements across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include shaping HR strategy, managing payroll, recruitment, ER, performance, training and general admin. Strong GCC experience and UAE labour law knowledge are essential, with leadership of a cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master’s/MBA (HR) or CIPD preferred.
• 8–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• GCC experience; strong UAE labour law knowledge; Oman/Qatar exposure a plus.
• Experience managing HR for mid-to-large workforce in trading/retail/autos.
• Hands-on payroll/HRMS experience and WPS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide HR & Admin strategy, structure, policies and procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing and WPS compliance for all entities.
• Manage attendance, leave, gratuity and end-of-service settlements per UAE/Oman/Qatar laws.
• Direct full recruitment cycle for management and staff roles.
• Supervise PRO/government relations: visa processing, labour cards, Emiratisation, Omanisation.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and investigations.
• Drive performance management, appraisals, training and staff development.
• Oversee general admin: housing, transport, insurance, assets and facilities.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Manage relationships with vendors, recruitment agencies, insurers and authorities.
