Confidential UAE business in Dubai seeks a General Manager with at least 15 years in General Management and direct P&L ownership. You will drive overall leadership, strategic direction, and profitable growth, while ensuring strong financial controls and customer relationships across the UAE.

The role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader who can strengthen market penetration, build international relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue streams. Arabic is a plus.

Job description

• The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, commercial performance, and profitable growth of an established UAE business.
• The successful candidate must have direct ownership of a Profit and Loss (P&L) account, with demonstrated accountability for revenue growth, gross margins, operating expenses, cash flow, and net profit.
• The company provides sales and service across the following portfolio/products: Office Automation Products, Security Equipment, Electronic networked locking systems, digital signage, and AI Solutions.
• The GM will lead the company's commercial and operational functions across UAE based in Dubai, ensuring that all departments work towards common business objectives and deliver measurable results.

• Minimum 15 years in General Management, Business Unit Management or Division Management, with direct P&L ownership and accountability for net profit in the UAE or wider GCC markets.
• The role requires a commercially astute, hands-on and results-driven leader capable of strengthening market penetration, developing new revenue streams, building strategic relationships with international principals and key customers, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong financial and internal controls.
• Experience in supervising departments without direct financial ownership will not be sufficient.
• The successful candidate will translate the Group's strategic objectives into actionable business plans, lead and develop a high-performing management team, and deliver sustainable, profitable growth while protecting the company's established reputation and long-standing market relationships.
• Open to All Nationality, with excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
