The role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader who can strengthen market penetration, build international relationships, and deliver sustainable revenue streams. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in General Management with direct P&L ownership and accountability for net profit in UAE or GCC.
• Commercially astute, hands-on and results-driven leader capable of strengthening market penetration and revenue streams.
• Ability to build strategic relationships with international principals and key customers.
• Experience in improving operational efficiency and maintaining financial controls.
