Job summary

Landmark Auto S is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee the group’s delivery fleet across the UAE and Oman. You will manage end-to-end operations, plan routes, lead dispersed drivers and fleet staff, and ensure compliance with regional transport regulations.

You will also drive cost efficiency, monitor KPIs, coordinate with sales and warehouse teams, and manage third-party partners to ensure timely, compliant and cost-effective distribution of spare parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business.
• 6-8 years in fleet / logistics management, GCC experience.
• Working knowledge of UAE and Oman transport regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery fleet operations across the UAE and Oman.
• Plan routes, schedules and load optimisation to achieve on-time deliveries.
• Lead and manage drivers, delivery staff and fleet supervisors.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance and fuel management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE / Oman transport, traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitor delivery KPIs - on-time %, cost per delivery and fuel efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and customers for smooth dispatch.
• Manage third-party logistics and courier partners where applicable.
• Control logistics budgets and drive cost reduction.
