• 5-6 years of proven recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to travel within GCC as required.
• Excellent organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and independence; immediate joiners preferred.

• Lead end-to-end GCC recruitment (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).
• Forecast hiring needs by department and country.
• Develop/update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet goals.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist, and coordinate interviews (in-person/remote).
• Evaluate candidates for fit and experience; ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine requirements.
