Element is seeking a results-driven freelance recruiter to support fast-paced hiring across UAE and GCC. This delivery-focused agency-style role requires sourcing, shortlisting, and closing mid to senior-level candidates quickly to meet tight timelines.

You will manage multiple roles, headhunt through databases and networks, and coordinate interviews while maintaining close alignment with hiring managers. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and has a proven UAE/GCC network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred).
• Proven experience in filling mid senior level roles.
• Strong headhunting capability (not reliant on job postings only).
• Existing UAE/GCC candidate network.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and performance pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
