Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Corporate and Retail functions in the GCC. You will drive Emiratisation initiatives and partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and manage efficient, data-driven hiring across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery.
• Experience with high-volume retail hiring and corporate recruitment.
• Proven exposure to Emiratisation hiring initiatives.
• GCC recruitment experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Corporate, Retail Operations, and Store-based roles across GCC.
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower plans, hiring needs, and competency requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies within SLAs.
• Maintain strong candidate experience and employer brand representation.
• Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring retail roles.
