Job summary

Doo Group is seeking a driven business development professional in the UAE to grow our FX/CFD footprint. You will identify opportunities, onboard introducing brokers, affiliates, and clients, and nurture relationships to drive sustained revenue growth.

The role requires solid FX/CFD market understanding, strong communication, and a proven network in the region. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to hit ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of FX/CFD markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing industry network is a major advantage.
• Experience with an online broker, fintech, or financial services company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Onboard and manage IBs, affiliates, and clients.
• Build long-term relationships and drive business growth.
