Job summary

Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join the Front Office Team in Dubai. You will provide personalized guest services, assist with check-in/check-out, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless experiences in a luxury setting.

The role reports to the Director of Rooms and requires a professional, guest-centric approach, with strong teamwork and a commitment to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
• Manage check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and payment transactions.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system entries using Opera PMS or similar systems.
• Uphold grooming standards and maintain a polished, guest-centric demeanor at all times.
