Job summary

myZoi, a Dubai-based fintech startup, is seeking a Product Manager to own adoption and growth of our business customer platform, including UAE WPS and Non-WPS payroll. You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Business Development to translate requirements into scalable product experiences.

You will drive onboarding, payments, settlements, reporting, and servicing; design API-first product requirements; translate regulatory needs into product logic; and

Qualifications

• 6-8 years product management in fintech or B2B technology.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of regulated or enterprise-grade B2B products.
• Strong API fluency and ability to define/review sequence diagrams.
• Experience with payroll, onboarding, billing, KYB/KYC systems.
• Knowledge of UAE WPS payroll regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation and ongoing usage of the business customer platform.
• Own onboarding, verification, account management, payments, settlements, reporting, and servicing, including UAE WPS and Non-WPS payroll.
• Define the corporate client experience for payroll, including file upload, maker-checker approvals, funding, payment status, and error handling.
• Own payroll lifecycle end to end from file validation to disbursement, cut-offs, failed payments, re-processing, and reporting.
• Define scope and lead delivery of compliance-first MVPs for new business capabilities.
• Design API-first product requirements with Engineering for delivery.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into product logic and processes.
• Partner with Finance and Ops to design reconciliation and downstream workflows.
• Support Business Development in client discovery, solutioning, demos, and onboarding.
• Co-own partner and vendor execution with Supply Chain.
• Work with exchange houses and corporate partners for WPS and Non-WPS integrations and rollouts.
