Job summary

myZoi is seeking an experienced Product Manager in Dubai to drive adoption and growth of our business customer platform, including UAE WPS and Non-WPS payroll. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Ops, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Business Development to translate requirements into scalable product experiences.

You will own end-to-end payroll workflows, onboarding, payments, and reporting, while shaping product strategy for enterprise customers in a fast-moving fintech startup

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of product management experience in fintech, PSP, or B2B technology solutions.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up.
• Experience delivering regulated or enterprise-grade B2B products end to end.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation and ongoing usage of the business customer platform.
• Own core journeys across onboarding, verification, account management, payments, settlements, and reporting.
• Define the corporate client experience for payroll, including file upload, approvals, funding, and status tracking.
• Own the payroll lifecycle end to end, from file validation to disbursement and reporting.
• Design API-first product requirements and collaborate with Engineering for delivery.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into product logic and processes.
• Partner with Finance and Ops for reconciliation and downstream workflows.
• Support Business Development in client discovery, demos, and onboarding.
