Job summary

Emrill is seeking an experienced contract leadership professional to oversee singular or multiple facility management contracts in Dubai. You will report to the Associate Director and champion HSSEQ standards while managing Emrill staff and client relationships to deliver contracted services.

The role demands strong P&L and budgeting responsibility, plus the ability to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across contracts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is desirable.
• IOSH certification is essential.
• Knowledge of local authority rules and regulations.
• P&L and budget knowledge.
• Understanding of risk management.
• Strong internal and external relationship building skills.
• Sound commercial and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility management and home maintenance contracts under Associate Director.
• Lead HSSEQ and people management for Emrill staff.
• Maintain client relationships, SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure service delivery with full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management across contracts.
• Lead implementation of CAFM systems for contract reporting.
• Develop staff training plans and succession.
