Job summary

Emrill Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, operational excellence, compliance, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple FM contracts and lead multidisciplinary teams across Technical, Housekeeping, Security, and Support Services, driving continuous improvement and risk management.

Job description

Emrill is looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, operational excellence, compliance, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing multiple FM contracts and leading multidisciplinary teams across Technical, Housekeeping, Security, and Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of IFM services in line with contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, company procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Manage multiple FM contracts safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Develop and implement Contract Management Plans and continuous improvement strategies.
• Monitor contractual performance, challenge performance metrics, and drive service improvements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary site and IFM teams and ensure consistent operational standards across contracts.
• Drive initiatives focused on operational efficiency, energy reduction, cost optimisation, and best practices.
• Lead the effective implementation and utilisation of CAFM systems for proactive and reactive performance reporting.
• Develop workforce, succession, training, and career-development plans to strengthen team capability and retention.
• Set clear objectives for direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 meetings, and promote a high-performance culture.
• Work closely with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Support contract renewals, customer improvement plans, cost-reduction initiatives, and wider FM business improvement programmes.
• Support bid and work-winning teams in evaluating and developing new business opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification; Engineering degree preferred
• MBA would be an added advantage
• NEBOSH certification preferred
• Membership of a recognised professional body, ideally progressing towards Chartered status

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior management role within Facilities Management
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple FM / IFM contracts
• Strong experience in client management, operational leadership, service delivery, people management, and commercial performance
• Good understanding of SLA/KPI management, CAFM systems, HSSEQ requirements, and continuous improvement
