Job summary

Emrill Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the delivery of Integrated Facilities Management contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, operational excellence, compliance, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple FM contracts and lead multidisciplinary teams across Technical, Housekeeping, Security, and Support Services, driving continuous improvement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in Facilities Management.
• Proven track record managing multiple FM/IFM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI management and CAFM systems.
• HSSEQ understanding and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of IFM services in line with contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage multiple FM contracts safely, efficiently, and profitably.
• Develop Contract Management Plans and improvement strategies.
• Monitor performance and drive service improvements.
• Establish relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary site and IFM teams across contracts.
• Drive energy reduction, cost optimisation, and best practices.
• Support bid and work-winning teams and contract renewals.
• Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks and commercial opportunities.
