CBRE Excellerate in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced FM supervisor to oversee soft and hard services across client sites in the UAE. You will manage IFM delivery, KPI/SLA compliance, and drive value-add initiatives while coordinating with client stakeholders.

The role covers planning and executing preventive maintenance, critical systems, and event logistics, including budgeting and health and safety compliance. Strong communication, vendor management, and contract oversight are essential.

Competenze

5+ years in a Customer Service, Hospitality or Facilities Management supervisory role.
Experience planning, coordinating and managing corporate events and workplace celebrations.
Strong vendor coordination, event logistics, budgeting and multi-tasking.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
PC literate with Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM or PPM FMP software.

Mansioni

Manage FM standards and delivery of IFM services via KPIs and SLAs.
Ensure adherence to CBRE processes and internal controls.
Initiate value-add initiatives at site.
Oversee essential soft and hard services PM/Remedial works.
Maintain critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E HVAC) and non-critical equipment.
Maintain permits, licenses and in-country FM documentation.
Plan and coordinate internal office events and employee engagement with stakeholders.
Oversee end-to-end event arrangements, budgets and resource use.
Ensure events comply with policies, workplace standards and safety regulations.
