CBRE Excellerate is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to deliver facilities management services at the site, ensuring Health and Safety, environmental, and client requirements are met. The role covers budget adherence and outstanding customer service across the Dubai site.

You will coordinate internal events, manage vendor relations and ensure compliant operations while supporting overall site performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a Customer Service, Hospitality or Facilities Management/Supervisory role with minimum 3 years" experience.
• Experience in planning, coordinating and managing corporate events and workplace celebrations.
• Strong vendor coordination, event logistics, budgeting and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Mansioni

• Deliver FM standards and oversee IFM services per KPI/SLA.
• Plan and coordinate internal office events and employee engagement activities.
• Manage event arrangements: venue, seating, decorations, catering, AV and logistics.
• Oversee event budgets, monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective resource use.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental requirements and building regulations.
• Align operations with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
