CBRE Excellerate is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Dubai to oversee delivery of FM services, ensuring compliance with HSE, environment, and client requirements. The role involves budget adherence and high standards of customer service across the site.

You will plan and manage corporate events, coordinate vendors, and monitor event budgets while aligning resources with forecasts and profit targets. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a customer service, hospitality or FM/supervisory role.
• Experience planning and managing corporate events and celebrations.
• Strong vendor coordination, budgeting and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver FM services through KPI's and SLA's for the IFM contract.
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal events and engagement activities.
• Manage end-to-end event arrangements, including logistics and budgeting.
• Ensure events comply with HSE, safety and building regulations.
• Align operational planning with forecasts, contracts and targets.
