Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee FM services at the site, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, environmental guidelines, and client requirements while managing costs and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service, hospitality or FM supervision, with strong coordination and communication skills to plan corporate events and related activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality or facilities management environments.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage events and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FM services and ensure KPI/SLA compliance.
• Coordinate internal office events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end event arrangements including venue, seating, catering, AV and logistics.
• Oversee event budgets and cost control to optimize resources.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements and building regulations are met.
• Align planning with forecasts, contracts and profitability targets.
