CBRE Excellerate is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee all operational and financial activities for the account portfolio across the Middle East, with full accountability for the P&L. You will ensure operational excellence across multiple sites, delivering FM services including hard and soft services, engineering and maintenance, energy and sustainability, and lifecycle asset management.

The role requires 15+ years in FM/Real Estate, senior leadership experience, and a track record

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in Facilities Management or real estate operations.
• Proven senior leadership and people-management across multi-country portfolios.
• Experience leading large regional technical and operational teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee all operational and financial activities for the account portfolio in the Middle East, with full accountability for P&L.
• Take full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost controls.
• Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
• Lead the generation and delivery of cross-selling opportunities across other business lines.
• Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and recognised FM best practices.
• Oversee the effective management of MEP systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, BMS, critical engineering systems, life-safety systems, utilities and other technical assets.
• Ensure appropriate technical governance, engineering standards, risk management and business continuity arrangements are implemented across sites.
