CBRE Excellerate in Dubai seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the full range of facilities management, driving operational excellence and new service opportunities. You will supervise staff, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure performance against contractual KPIs.

The role requires hands-on operations with strong managerial and financial responsibilities, focusing on continuous improvement and safe, compliant building management.

Competenze

• Engineering bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant Facility Management experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Contract staff and subcontractors are managed to meet outputs and objectives.
• Oversee electrical and mechanical plant maintenance: PPM, reactive, and new works.
• Provide leadership, coaching and succession planning for teams.
• Ensure KPI/SLA compliance and regular reporting to CBRE Excellerate and client.
