Job summary

You will lead a contract team, manage budgets and drive improvements, with hands-on responsibility for PPM, M&E, helpdesk, and small project works while promoting safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and contract teams; ensure world-class FM service.
• Manage contract KPIs, budgets and financial plans for the portfolio.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, M&E and helpdesk activities.
• Drive safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and pursue new service opportunities.
