Overview

Follow up on Entry process of employees

The Government Liaison and Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations related to employee documentation company licensing and operational permits. This role requires strong coordination with various UAE government authorities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Department of Economic Development (DED) and relevant free zone authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Handle the timely processing, renewal, and cancellation of employee visas, Emirates ID applications, labor permits, and residency requirements.
  • Oversee the submission and follow-up of all company-related documentation including trade license renewals, establishment card updates, and other regulatory paperwork.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in documentation to avoid penalties and maintain business continuity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and government entities, representing the company in all official matters.
  • Stay up to date on changes in UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and compliance requirements; manage document clearances translations, attestations, and notary services.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE legal framework, fluency in Arabic (preferably), and meticulous attention to detail.
