Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Cost Control Manager to lead all cost management activities for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, EVA, and cost reporting across the project lifecycle, ensuring profitability and financial integrity.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial, Procurement, Engineering and Finance to optimize costs, manage changes, and drive value improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or management.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Develop CBS, budgets, and cash flow forecasts; monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Perform EVA, cost reporting, and forecast accuracy for EAC and ETC.
• Assess change orders, variances, and risk-adjusted budgeting; support commercial claims.
• Collaborate with PM, procurement, engineering, and finance to present cost performance.
• Provide weekly/monthly cost reports and management-level financial summaries.
