Job summary

Worley is seeking an accomplished Project Engineering Manager for Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will lead FEED and EPC alignment, coordinate Owner and Contractor activities, and ensure design integrity across multiple vendors and disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, including offshore work and ADNOC project experience, with strong PMC roles in GCC projects. This role offers leadership on high-impact projects within the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry experience.
Minimum 5 years in GCC region (preferred).
At least 3 years in a similar role on international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
FEED & EPC experience required; PMC roles.
Experience in offshore projects.
ADNOC project experience is required.

Responsibilities

Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve Project Management issues during FEED phases and early work.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve Electrical Engineering issues.
Coordinate with Owner and EPC/FEED Contractor; manage project activities.
Review and approve Contractor deliverables and key design documents.
Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
Ensure project quality procedures are established and followed.
Coordinate engineering participation across disciplines and design options.
